To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any changes to your information • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are available within the first 14 days for new subscribers • Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to: • Store and process your content as necessary to provide the service • Display your content as directed by you • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish.
You may not use Social Content IQ to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content • Spread misinformation or fake news • Spam or harass others • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the service • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
The Social Content IQ platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and product names are our trademarks.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated content will be free of errors • The service will meet your specific requirements • Content will achieve any particular performance results
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Content IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Content IQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
